HAPPY NEW YEAR
 

As we travel down the road of life, we meet many people and have many opportunities.   However, of all the things in life only a few of them give us a second chance.   A few will offer us two or three chances, but only two things that I know of will allow us to start over.

 One is the year.   If this past year seems to have been one of the worst you have ever had and you wish you could start over, well Happy New Year.

 The only other thing that allows you to start over is life itself.   That is right, life itself.   You may ask how can I start life over?  John 3:7 says, "Ye must be born again".   Well, if you are born again then you must be starting over, right? 

John 3:3 says, "Except a man be born again he can not seek the Kingdom of God".   Now that is starting over. Happy New Life!

You say that 2011 was one of the worst years you have ever had in your life!  Marital problems too much for you!  Your kids giving you trouble!  Never seem to have enough money!  And, on top of all this, nobody seems to like you and you are always alone!   Well, why not just start all over.

 We are now in a New Year "2012", a new beginning.   Why not start all over with your life and be born again, too?

 You say that you gave your life to Jesus years ago.  Well there is still hope for you yet.   Why not rededicate your life to Jesus.   You know, confess your sins to Him and allow Him to cleanse you from all that baggage you are caring.

  1 John 1:9 says, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness".  So why don't you start over again?  This could be your last chance. This could be your last year!

 Rhonda and I would like to send you our blessings for the New Year.  I see great things for Mt. Zion in the year 2012, and I pray to God that you have a prosperous year. We love each and every one of you.
